Service Description
After any women’s surgical procedure (hysterectomy, etc.). Pilates can be a beneficial part of hysterectomy recovery, helping to rebuild core and pelvic floor strength, improve mobility, and promote overall healing. Has to have Doctors note with full approval.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be maid 12 hours prior to the scheduled booking. Any booking not cancelled within the 12 hour window not receive a refund.
